The ability to create is a God given gift. A gift given to everyone without exception. Thought is the first step to manifesting any creation. Thoughts are energy, they are real. Your thoughts act as magnets and attract other thoughts, people, and circumstances that harmonize with them.
Thoughts operate and adhere to certain universal laws. Without these laws there would be no order; the universe itself would sink into chaos.
The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. Much of what was once considered metaphysical, esoteric knowledge in the past is now scientific fact. Physics has shown that the principles involved in the Law of Attraction are every bit as valid as those governing the Law of Gravity. So it should come as no surprise that dwelling only on your problems simply attracts more problems, setting a goal to get out of a debt only attracts more debt!
The idea of attracting success by thinking about it is very appealing. So appealing in fact, people often get the wrong impression that it is enough only to know that the Law of Attraction works all the time and if they keep thinking about the success they will be successful. However thought with no action will lead nowhere. Affirmations can be helpful, but mindless affirmations alone have no real value. On the other hand, once an affirmation becomes part of your belief system the subconscious goes to work attracting opportunities. It is not the success itself we attract, but the opportunity to succeed and it upon us if we do.
Our world is ruled by cause and effect, yet we often fail to see how this rule applies to the thoughts we think. This happens because the results of our thoughts are so far removed from the cause that we fail to see the connection.
The subconscious mind is working tirelessly 24 hours a day. It does not analyze, it does not judge, it simply accepts and attracts more of what the conscious mind is focused on. If you say: I do not have money, I do not feel well, my relationship is miserable, I have a huge debt and so on, you are attracting more of what you are thinking about! So are you attracting problems or solutions?
By focusing on desire and showing gratitude for what you already have, the subconscious mind is given the necessary material to provide a constant stream of opportunities. You have a lot to be grateful for! Just think that you are richer than the richest man 200 years ago. You can communicate with people within a distance, just takes few hours to get to another part of the world, you have a talking box (TV) and can get so much information in one hour on the Internet that the man who lived 200 years ago would not consume in a lifetime! Eventhough you think you are poor but still would not trade your place with the richest man who lived just a few hundred years ago. By expressing gratitude you are saying that you are worth more.
It is impossible to operate outside the Law of Attraction. Consciously or unconsciously your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, determine if this law works for or against you. Stay focused on your success and reaching your goals. As one success leads to another, success becomes a habit. Problems and obstacles are seen as no more than stepping stones on the road to your ultimate goal.

Mastering the Law of Attraction

So you are doing everything that you have read about in applying the Law of Attraction. You’re focusing on your wants and trying not to get upset with your everyday circumstances that just happen. You’re looking for every sign of encouragement that the Universe sends your way. You’re being as patient as you can and you’re visualizing ’til the cows come home. You’re mentally exhausted from watching every thought and feeling that you come across. Now what?

Many people actually feel this way. They try so hard to apply the Law of Attraction and that is actually the problem. They are trying too hard.

The Law of Attraction is really a simple law but being human, we tend to complicate things.

You want to “just be” when using the Law of Attraction intentionally. Get a clear image in your head of what you desire. Create this image as if you are the architect planning a new home construction. Be excited about it and get as focused as possible. Every evening take some time to yourself where you can really focus on your image. Imagine having your desire, imagine what you are wearing, imagine it is happening right now, imagine going through the physical steps of the image, and then… let it go and just be. Putting all that strong feeling intention into your desire has started the motor running. The Universe has a good idea of what you want.

When you wake up in the morning and you have the time, you should focus again upon your desire. But even if you don’t have time for a second round think only of your desire with excitement when you do think of it.

If you begin to think how you don’t have your desire, you are focusing on your ‘don’t want’ and that will bring you what you don’t want. All through the day, when the thought of your desire comes to mind, think of it in the now and with happiness and joy that it is manifesting, and then let go and just be. Make sure that you focus once a day on what it is that you want and if you can focus more, go for it.

Just by having one visualization session a day, your desire will come to you as long as you don’t put any negative toward it. If you are feeling down and you think of your desire, you are sabotaging its arrival. Only think of your desire with joy.

You don’t have to watch every little thought that pops into your head in order for your desire to come to you. Just enjoying your day and expressing gratitude about life will do wonders. Trying too hard and watching every thought is actually attracting situations of control and of trying too hard.

Let the impatience go and let the Universe do its job. Just relax and enjoy life knowing full well the Universe is handling all that needs to be handled in order for you to have what you desire. Your job is to visualize and just be and the Universe’s job is to take care of the how. Let go of the control and micro managing and let the Universe do its job through the Law of Attraction.

What is Your World Made of and Why Does it Matter? a Brief Introduction to Law of Attraction

What is your world made of? Some may answer, “Earth, sea, sky, insects, animals and people,” and if they think for a few more seconds, they’ll probably add, “And the universe too!” All that is true but what is everything made of?

Matter! Everything in our world is made of matter and all matter, right down to subatomic particles consists of energy. Everything exists as energy which is forever moving from one form to another. All energy moves or vibrates which is where we get the term ‘vibe’. Our thoughts vibrate at different speeds all the time and we call this frequency. Energy attracts other energy that is resonating at the same frequency.

Your thoughts are energy too! Thoughts are waves of energy and quantum science has proven that our thoughts move through space the same as all other energy in our universe. Science can even measure the energy of your thoughts.

Simply put—all things are made of energy. Your thoughts are made of energy and therefore, your thoughts are things too! And this is where the Law of Attraction comes into the picture.

Our universe is a huge matrix of moving energy. Law of Attraction is the universal law that governs the movement of all energy. Energy that vibrates at the same frequency comes together. That’s the simple law that rules all matter, including your thoughts.

You really are just one big human magnet. Your thoughts continually vibrate so you attract all the time. The Law of Attraction acts the same way all the time. Like attracts like—period.

Your emotions always reflect the nature of your thoughts. Feeling happy, exuberant, joyful, enthusiastic, thankful, abundant reflects your positive thoughts. Feeling frustrated, disappointed, angry, stressed out, jealous, resentful or despondent reflects negative thoughts.

You either give off, or send out positive or negative vibes. Negative thoughts attract more negative energy. Positive thoughts attract more positive energy.

All energy shows up in your life in the form as things, circumstances, people or experiences. Positive thoughts bring positive results. Negative thoughts bring negative results. The Law of Attraction causes matching energy to move towards you. It’s not complicated at all. It’s all about matching energy moving together.

If you want something you need to be sure that your vibe matches or resonates with the same frequency of your desire. A room full of tuning forks demonstrates this law very well. Imagine a large group of people in a room holding a tuning fork each. You are at the front of the room and you strike your tuning fork on the table to make it vibrate. You hold it up in the air and immediately, some of the tuning forks in the room start vibrating while others remain still. They vibrating ones are all tuned into the precise frequency of your tuning fork.

Here’s another good example. If your thoughts could send out a radio frequency of 88.5, that’s the only radio station you’d get because that’s what you are tuned into. It’s silly to expect to get the nice classical music from FM 117 if you’re tuned into a completely different frequency that only plays rock ‘n roll.

So what do tuning forks and radio dials teach us about Law of Attraction? First of all they teach us that we need to be sending out a vibe at the same frequency of our desires to attract them. Secondly, they teach us that our thoughts are incredibly powerful. You need to get control over that power. You alone control your thoughts therefore you need to learn to deliberately focus your thoughts to deliberately attract the matching energy of your desire.

Focusing your thoughts is the fundamental key to using Law of Attraction to attract fabulous desires into your daily life.

Using the Law of Attraction to Turn Your Life Around

Knowing about the law of attraction is one thing, but it doesn’t mean that you are actually using it. A lot of people have learned about the law of attraction, but have never took the time to understand how to use it to improve their life.
At the base level, the first thing to learn is that you are already using the law of attraction; we all are, at all times. Knowing this, the first step is to stop attracting things you don’t want into your life.
This part can be a little tricky at first, but it mostly just requires that you are willing to be a little more aware of what you are doing and willing to change some of your habits.
Take a minute and think about what you focus on in your daily life. Are you feeling frustrated when you drive your car around in traffic? Do you get angry with other drivers? Well, you are not alone; but you need to realize that when you are feeling that way, you are using the law of attraction to attract to you more frustration and anger.
Do you like scary movies or crime shows? I don’t want to frighten you, but when you are focusing you attention on something that makes you feel scared, you are inviting fear into your life. You may not be attracting a serial killer, but you are attracting situations where you will feel scared, and let’s face it; fearful situations are usually not good situations.
Do you complain to other people about what you don’t like about your life, your partner or your job? If you do, you are attracting more of what you are not happy about.
Do you listen with empathy when someone describes disease, either their own or someone else’s? Do you, out of sympathy, tell them about a time when you had a similar experience? These are perfectly normal human responses, but they are not good for you. Of course, you are only trying to be nice, but you are actually using the law of attraction to bring you MORE of the things you don’t want. And the more emotionally involved you get, the more intensely you are attracting.
It’s a good idea to do an inventory to determine what you are attracting on a regular basis. Be honest with yourself and don’t feel bad if you find that you are focusing on a lot of negative things. Feeling bad doesn’t help one bit. Instead, be grateful that you are now aware of what you have been doing wrong, and can start changing those habits.
The next time you feel aggravated in traffic, take a deep breath and detach from the situation. Remind yourself that it’s never personal and try to cut the other drivers some slack. Try to come up with a best possible scenario as to why the other person is driving like a maniac.
Every time you focus on something negative, you are using your imagination. But it is just as easy to imagine good things and use the law of attraction to create something positive; though you may not be used to doing it yet. Maybe their child had an emergency and they are rushing to get to it? Maybe that guy’s wife just went into labor?
It is just as easy to use your imagination to see someone as a good person as it is to see them a jerk, and the choice (that’s the key word) is always yours. With time and practice, we can start to change our perspective and begin using the law of attraction to create better experiences and a better life.

The Law of Attraction – is it Working for You?

Many people are beginning to practice the “secret” Law of Attraction. From corporate professionals to home care nurses, people in every profession are discovering that the Universal Laws can work for them. But what happens when it doesn’t work? Here are some reasons that the Law of Attraction might not be working for you and what you can do to resolve them.

The Law of Attraction – simply visualize for ten minutes per day, and you’ll have your heart’s desires, right? If it were really that simple, your kids would have more toys than you could fit in your house! There are several components to using the Law of Attraction successfully, and several reasons you might not be getting the success you’d like. Here’s where some of my clients get caught up.

Visualization is just one component of using the secret Law of Attraction successfully, and it’s important to do it in a certain way. When you visualize, it’s best to do it from a focused or meditative state. You really want to be clear about what you want, so you need to limit distractions. As you visualize your new house, make sure you put yourself in the picture, and this is vitally important – take note of how having that house would make you feel. Maybe you visualize yourself in your new living room, snuggling in your brand new overstuffed chair in front of the fire with a cup of soothing tea. Do you see how that creates a powerful feeling? Or maybe you visualize yourself in your crystal clear pool, playing ball with the kids, laughing and creating memories. This is a completely different feeling, but still very powerful.

So, you’ve got the visualization down. You’re ready for your dreams to manifest themselves, right? They might, but what if they don’t? What went wrong?

You may have some tangled energy around the thing that you desire. For instance, you visualize that beautiful new house, and you really feel it…but deep down, somewhere in your old belief system, you just don’t think that you’ll be able to afford a house that beautiful. And every time you visualize your beautiful new house, you feel a distant twinge of disbelief that works against the Law of Attraction, pushing that dream away.

Or, maybe you do believe on all levels that you can have this house, but it’s just not manifesting. You may be sending mixed messages through your visualizations. If one day the house is blue, and the next day it’s yellow, you’re not being consistent and clear, and what you will get may not really be what you want. Make sure that you decide what you want, then be clear on the details and stay consistent.

Are you missing opportunities? I’ve had clients who have had the answer staring them right in the face, and because they had a certain idea about “how” they should get that new car, they totally missed an opportunity. They decided that this car would come from a certain car dealer, and they imagined getting the keys and driving it off the lot. When one of their neighbors was left the same car in a will, with less than 10,000 miles, they put a for sale sign on the car. But that wasn’t the picture my client had in their mind, so they ignored that opportunity – which would have given them what they wanted, and at a much better price! Keep your eyes open – things may come to you in ways entirely different than you are expecting them to!

Faith. Faith is so important – keep believing…look for evidence that things are moving in the direction you want them to. Sometimes thoughts pop up in our minds that are from those old, limiting beliefs. You have to learn to push them aside. Replace them with thoughts that are consistent with what you want, with what you are using the Law of Attraction for. Realize that thoughts are just thoughts…they are not necessarily the truth. Recognize them as just being energy….and you can change that energy. Align all your energy with your visualizations and you will be attracting and manifesting quickly and powerfully.

Act. I’ve had people come to me about the Law of Attraction – saying they visualize every day – some of them for an hour! But they don’t get what they want. When I ask them what their action plan is to achieve their goal, they just look at me with a blank stare. Action is important! The Universe needs you to help bring about the situations and conditions that will allow it to fulfill your desires. If you sit at home and visualize meeting the man of your dreams…but you never leave the house, what opportunity are you giving the Universe to give you what you want? Take some steps – go shopping, go to the park, get out and meet some people. Don’t sit at home and expect your new love to drop down the chimney! Be open to inspired action – maybe you just feel like there’s something you should do…it may not even make sense to you at the time…you just get a sense that you need to take an action. That’s the Law of Attraction at work – guiding you into the perfect scenarios to make what you want become a reality.

Accepting Responsibility With the Law of Attraction

When people first learn about the law of attraction, they usually need some time to process the information they have just received. We all have a tendency to get defensive when we are made to look at our own responsibility in negative situations, and the law of attraction forces us to do just that.
We usually don’t have much difficulty accepting responsibility when it comes to the good stuff; we might politely decline compliments and say we didn’t do much, but internally we are fully aware of and proud of our achieving, and rightly so. The biggest problem when it comes to accepting our part in the bad things that happen to us is two fold:
The first part is that we tend to think that if we accept responsibility it makes it our fault; that we are somehow to blame, and this makes us feel a lot of guilt. Guilt in return makes us feel bad about ourselves; if we are responsible for attracting that, surely we are not very good people? This is not how the law of attraction works’ it doesn’t care about good or bad, it only brings you what you order.
If you spent your life up to now feeling sad or feeling like a victim, then the law of attraction will have responded by giving you reasons to feel sad or feeling like a victim. The law of attraction does not stop to consider and judge whether or not what you are attracting is good or bad; it responds to what you hold in your mind, no questions asked.
The second reason why we refuse to accept responsibility for the negative things we attract is a little bit more complex, as it deals with our sense of entitlement and anger. If someone hurt us, physically or emotionally, we want to continue to hold them responsible, so we can keep alive the anger. A lot of us feel that if we let go and no longer blame the person who hurt us, we are somehow saying that what they did was acceptable. Taking responsibility for what you attract to you does not mean that nothing wrong was done to you, it only means that you were the one who created the environment where it could possibly happen.
It does not mean that what happened wasn’t wrong, but by holding on to your anger and blame, you are not hurting them, you are hurting yourself. You also need to realize that if you fail to se how you unintentionally were responsible for using the law of attraction to attract the situation, it means that you are still seeing yourself as a defenseless victim. As long as you continue to feel and think as a victim, you will continue to attract those kinds of situations to you.
The law of attraction is not good or bad. Just like gravity, it does not pass judgment on what you are attracting. Let go of your past and accept your own part in what happened there. At the end of the day, the past no longer exist, so look to the future and create what you want there.

How to Apply the Law of Attraction in Your Life

Since the early 19th century, back in 1906, William Walker Atkinsons wrote about a subject called “Thought Vibration” and it’s effects on human life. It’s a princiapal that has spanned the ages and has become popular since Rhonda Byrne’s book and DVD “The Secret” recently hit best seller lists.

How to Apply the Law of Attraction in Your Life This can be divided into three simple steps. You don’t achieve it in just any order however ‘ you need to start with step one and finish it before moving on to the next step. The first step of how to apply it in your life is to know what you want and asking the universe for it. It’s very important that you state your goal correctly or you might end up receiving the wrong thing or nothing at all, therefore accurate and explicit law of attraction training is very important.

Let’s say that you desire to have your own car. It’s not potent enough to say “I want to own a luxury car” in the future, becuase the future will never come, instead you need to remain in the “now” and focus your energy, thoughts and feelings in the present. Because of such thoughts, your dream car will never materialize and the future will forever keep it in the future also. If you want to have your own car now, then say it just like that or give it a time limit if you will.

When you know specifically what you wish to achieve, be sure to positively ask the universe for the outcome you wish to achieve. As you become more aware of the law of attraction and how it works, and practice the steps required in manifesting, it will become more natural for you over time. You can do this simply by focussing and directing your thoughts out to the universe in a concentrated way. The mere act of thinking is actually drawing it to you already so as long as you focus your thoughts on your goals, you’ve already stated your request and consider it heard by the universe. The next step in applying this general law of attraction in your life is to act and behave as if you already know that the wheels of life are already turning to get you what you want. Sometimes (more often than not) this is the most difficult thing to do, becuase most people cannot cease to worry, when there is no rock solid evidence that your goals will be achieved?

Let’s say that you want your daughter to heal from her sickness. How can you proceed without worrying when it’s your daughter’s life at stake? But that’s what you have to do if you wish for the law of attraction to work for you.

Lastly, you have to allow things to happen as they are meant to be. This means consciously thinking (specifically vizualization and law of attraction techniques), speaking, and acting positively. Feeling good within yourself, will align you with the right energy and put you on the right path. If you’re feeling bad, you’re making it harder for you to achieve your goals.

While waiting for your goal to actualize, you should take special care in not using negative words with the law of attractoin, espescially when thinking or speaking. If you want to diet, for instance, you don’t think “I will not eat anymore” because the universe won’t be able to absorb the word no. In actuality all is notices is “I will eat”. If you want to diet, you have to focus on a statement like “I will lose weight”.

In the end, remember that you won’t really lose anything if you try out the general law of attraction for yourself. So go ahead and give it a try!

The Law of Attraction is simple. What we think about, the energy with which we vibrate, what we feel, is what we attract. Many of us have tried to attract things based on feeling grateful, practicing visualizing our success, etc. And we’ve all had some success in this area. To powerfully harness the law of attraction in our lives, it is essential that we think in harmony with this law. We can’t make ourselves think and feel a certain way at all times. Each of us is born with a special combination of talents. I call this our Inner Genius. In tapping into the mystery of the LOA, it is essential to look first to the Inner Genius. We have a built-in drive to express our passion in life and that passion comes from using our unique abilities.

Have you even wondered why you could spend hours doing something that you love and never tire? Have you noticed that you get really creative when you’re doing something that comes easily for you? When we’re using our natural gifts, we actually create more energy for ourselves and there is a well-spring of joy that flows from us. When we’re acting in concert with our passion, the Law of Attraction is at its most potent in bringing us what we desire. We’re in harmony with our passion and that creates the feelings, the vibrations, and the pictures of wonderful things that we’re creating.

But the key here is that this takes very little effort. It is natural to use the Law of Attraction when we’re tapping into our greatest passion.

But let’s get practical now. What does that mean to me right now? There is one simple practice that I’ve found to help guide me and with practice, it becomes more and more powerful. It is the way that I restructured my thinking to continually reference my passion in life, thus taking advantage of my natural drive to create and attract those things to me which I desire.

I asked myself: “What would express my passion right now?”

That was it. “What would express my passion right now?”

When I first began, this was a challenge. I wasn’t used to thinking about things this way. But with time and some diligence at the beginning, I was able to change the direction of my thinking. Every day, things in my life got easier. I began to center my life around doing what I feel passionate about. I enjoyed my family more and I experienced great power in my daily life.

It all can down to tapping in to my Inner Genius at all times, to live from there all day long. It takes some practice, but you’ll love the rewards you get from asking yourself this question.
